Matchmaid is a concept transformed into a practical application by FIRSTLINE, designed to support agencies with trusted biodata sourced from accredited training centres or from helpers with over two years of experience in Indonesia and Myanmar.  FIRSTLINE is serving over 20 independent agencies since June 2025.

Our biodata will display this label once it has been verified directly with the interviewee. We do this to ensure the information presented to employers is as accurate and truthful as possible. Our goal is simple: zero errors in data.  

Competency label is to help you identify helpers expertised in the shortest time - making your selection process quicker and more informed.

Since showcasing our helpers’ genuine culinary skills on Facebook, we have received positive feedback—and also noticed imitations. In some cases, images are copied from online sources. We encourage employers to verify the authenticity of photos before scheduling interviews.
